Ecotone Performance Health & Fitness is a space for those who want to overcome pain and injury so they can get back to the activities they love and reach new goals they didn’t think were possible.

How is Ecotone Performance Health & Fitness different from other chiropractic or physical therapy offices?

I created Ecotone Performance Health & Fitness with the goal of solving what I thought was missing in traditional chiropractic and physical therapy offices. Over the years, common complaints I often heard from patients were not getting enough time spent with their health care provider, getting one treatment over and over with minimal results or simply getting a handout of exercises without much direction. My treatment model was developed to deliver superior results in a shorter time period while holding patients accountable for the goals they want to reach.

How long will it take to treat my injury?

That depends on many factors like the nature of your injury, current health history and goals. During our complimentary Discovery Visit I can give prospective patients a much better answer that is based on their current presentation.

If I want to schedule an appointment, what is the next step?

The first step is setting up a Discovery Visit. This is a complimentary 30 minute session where I am able to learn more about what’s going on, what your goals are and perform some preliminary tests to make sure you are a good candidate for treatment. I am in quite a bit of pain and would like to bypass the discovery visit and start treatment ASAP, is that an option?
